Reservations for 2026 season begin January 1.

No pets or smoking in rental units

Two-night minimum for weekends or 75.00 for 1-night if available. Holiday weekends require three nights.
Tent sites

Covers one RV or Camper for two adults

If you want to participate in our community meals, we ask that you help cook and clean up and do dishes afterwards. If you would like to participate in the meals, you will need to bring something to share with everyone. IE, mac-n-cheese, potato salad, green bean casserole, dessert of any kind, eggs, bagels, orange juice…. It really can be anything. You are not required to have meals with us. Food needs will be communicated to guests participating a week in advance. You may eat on your own.
Mealtimes are 8:30 for breakfast and 6:30 for Saturday dinner

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $25.00 handling fee per reservation is charged for cancellations. Group reservations are subject to a security deposit of 50% of camping fees.
There is a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee for all new attendee reservations and 1 night deposit, effective January 1, 2026.
While we hope you’ll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during at 515-770-1776. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.
Whenever possible, we will try to change the dates of your reservation. We can credit your camp account for the funds paid if you do not have specific dates chosen for your next reservation. We do so as a courtesy to our guests without incurring any additional fees.
We do not refund your stay due to inclement weather, but we would be happy to move your reservation to another date or give a credit for a future stay. If you chose to cancel due to the possibility of inclement weather, you will forfeit your deposit.
The following weekends are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and therefore the deposit is non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Halloween.
